Couldn't fault

Staff at check in counter was very friendly. Room is just nice but no drawer for keeping. Electric kettle and iron was not provided. The one at level 10, water dispenser is not working for hot water and same to iron which is not hot to iron cloth.

The Saffron Cafe where the breakfast is held needs to be polish. Waiter/waiteress is not friendly, ask for something just ignore. Food not ready yet as guest have already in at 0700 hrs. Late comer waiter (0725 hrs) come in, instead of doing his work but went to the food counter and take a plate of food for his breakfast.

The hotel is situated in a prime location with easy access to buses and trains. The view from the room was fantastic. The hotel provided all the basic amenities that were required for a comfortable stay. The room was also well-maintained and clean. The staff were polite and helpful when we had questions.

Everything was good except when we reach the first day,they do not have a room for us as the previous guest extended their stay...we have to wait for 4hours to check

Great view of the Patronas Towers and more. Is it in the bus station Pudu, so if u have to take some bus maybe a perfect location. The manager of the hotel is a kind person.

The room is a bit small and the window is dirty (a shame cause of the fantastic view). The receptionists, most of them, are totally unhelpful for any information about the city and even the WiFi that is working really bad. Is better to change them and to put anybody else. The walls are tiny so if they speak loud you are disturbed.

We loved this hotel for its convenient location near the main bus station and monorail. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and we appreciated the facilities provided. The staff was helpful and the breakfast had a good variety and taste. We found it easy to travel to the city's tourist spots including Batu caves.

The hotel is conveniently located near the historical downtown and touristic China Town. the breakfast wasn't great, but it was adequate and offered a small selection of Western hot foods. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located above a bus station, which means that it could be quite noisy during the night. the entrance room doors slam loudly, which could disturb your rest.
